The high-flying Lyra Valkyria takes on the savvy Kiana James in another first round matchup of the NXT Women’s Championship Tournament. Valkyria has made her intentions of winning the NXT Women’s Title known for weeks but has hit several roadblocks, mainly NXT’s resident mean girl, Cora Jade. James meanwhile has been embroiled in a deeply personal rivalry with her former tag team partner Fallon Henley that centered around James’ apparently infidelity while dating Henley’s friend, Brooks Jensen.
