ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — Bryan Antoine's 16 points helped Radford defeat Winthrop 66-52 on Wednesday night.
Antoine had six rebounds and three steals for the Highlanders (9-9, 3-2 Big South Conference). DaQuan Smith scored 14 points while going 6 of 11 (2 for 4 from distance). Kenyon Giles was 4 of 8 shooting (3 for 5 from distance) to finish with 13 points.
Kelton Talford led the way for the Eagles (7-11, 2-3) with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Sin'Cere McMahon added eight points and four assists for Winthrop. Chase Claxton also had six points and six rebounds.

Both teams next play Saturday. Radford hosts Charleston Southern and Winthrop visits Campbell.
