After taking the last week to make certain of his decision, UCLA freshman Kevin Love is headed to the NBA.

According to sources close to Love, the 6-foot-9 Oregon native will declare for the NBA Draft on Thursday.

Love met with Bruins coach Ben Howland on Wednesday afternoon to tell him of the decision. He is expected to make an announcement Thursday afternoon, according to UCLA spokesman Ryan Finney.

Despite multiple published reports in the past week that Love had already made up his mind, he told FOXSports.com earlier in the week that he "hadn't decided yet."

Love averaged 17.5 points and 10.6 rebounds per game this season and helped lead UCLA to its third consecutive Final Four, where the Bruins lost to Memphis.

According to two NBA general managers, Love is projected as a lottery pick and could go as high as fourth overall.
