NEBRASKA BASKETBALL PACKAGE TO CONTINUE IN 2009-10

LINCOLN, Neb., June 23 -- The University of Nebraska issued the following news release:

Nebraska and FOX Sports Midwest announced the continuation of its third-tier television package for Cornhusker men's and women's basketball . The package will include a minimum of eight Nebraska men's games for the upcoming season and at least two Husker women's basketball contests. The agreement is an extension of the previous contract with FOX Sports Midwest and will mark the fifth consecutive year the network has produced a basketball television package for Nebraska. The games can be seen on cable, satellite and telco systems within the state of Nebraska and nationally on ESPN Full Court or ESPN360.com.
