Karron Johnson, a four-star basketball recruit who signed a letter of intent with Oklahoma State, will detour to a junior college. Jay Spoonhour, basketball coach at Moberly Area Community College in Missouri, told the Moberly Monitor-Index that he has signed Johnson to a letter of intent. A source at Oklahoma State confirmed that Johnson will "definitely" attend the junior college instead of coming to Stillwater. Johnson did not meet NCAA Division I eligibility requirements, according to a story published Thursday by the Moberly Monitor-Index. Johnson has attended multiple schools, including a switch from one North Carolina school to another Mount Zion Christian Academy to Laurinburg Institute after signing with OSU.
