Ten worthy candidates for coach of the year
It's that time of the year when coach of the year names are starting to get some buzz around the office water coolers. We could just stick to the usual list of suspects — Nick Saban, Mack Brown, Urban Meyer or Pete Carroll — all worthy candidates from whom we expect great teams from every year. But we hate to name-drop the obvious. What about the 10 coaches who have made an indelible mark on the football landscape, deserve to be coach of the year candidates, but will probably be overlooked?
