Linebacker Arthur Brown (Wichita, Ks.) continues sit atop the Scout.com National 100, while quarterback Terrelle Pryor (Jeannette, Pa.), wide receiver Julio Jones (Foley, Al.), running back Darrell Scott (Ventura, Calif.), and safety Will Hill (Jersey, N.J.) round out the top five.

 Checking in at No. 6 is wide receiver A.J. Greene (Summerville, S.C.), offensive tackle Matt Kalil (Anaheim, Calif.), Shayne Hale (Monroeville, Pa.), Patrick Johnson (Pompano Beach, Fla.), and quarterback E.J. Manuel (Virginia Beach, Va.).The one prospect that made the biggest jump in the Scout.com Top 100 is Manuel. Manuel catapulted to the No. 10 prospect overall and the No. 2 rated signal caller in the nation, while Hale moved up into the top ten.

New entries into the Scout.com Top 100 are Manuel, wide receivers Brice Butler (Norcross, Ga.) and Jonathan Baldwin (Aliquippa, Pa.), linebackers Brendan Beal (Succassana, N.J.), Ramon Buchanan (Melbourne, Fla.), Damian Square (Houston, Texas), and J.B. Fitzgerald (Princeton Junction, N.J.), safeties Dee Finley (Auburn, Al.) and E.J. Woods (Encino, Calif.) , quarterback Andrew Luck (Houston, Texas), offensive guard Lane Clelland (Owings Mill, Md.), offensive tackle Dan O'Neil (Grand Haven, Mi.), running backs Brandon Barnes (Bunn, N.C.), Chris Burns (New Wilmington, Pa.), and Richard Samuel (Cartersville, Ga.), defensive tackle Solomon Koehler (Kaneoho, Hi.), and defensive end Leon Mackey (Newark, De.).
