THIS WEEK'S GAME: TCU at Wyoming, Nov. 21 -- The Frogs displayed their dominance last season in a 54-7 win in Fort Worth, but the Cowboys stole a game the last time the teams met in Laramie in 2007. Wyoming surprised the Horned Frogs 24-21, and that was the last show of strength under former coach Joe Glenn. TCU won the other two games in the series since joining the MWC in 2005.

KEYS TO THE GAME: Special teams played huge roles in both teams' victories last week. The Cowboys have to be perfect in their execution so that TCU does not give its offense short fields. Wyoming must emphasize kickoff and punt coverage as well as punt protection. By the same token, if the Cowboys can block a punt or a field-goal to steal some momentum, they'll be able to stay in the game longer.

PLAYERS TO WATCH:

QB Austyn Carta-Samuels -- He has kept his poise in the face of a lot of pressure in the past four weeks but faces another huge challenge against a TCU defense led by DE Jerry Hughes -- the conference's sack leader. His presence will force Carta-Samuels to make decisions more quickly than he wants.

TE David Tooley -- The true freshman gave the Wyoming passing game an added feature last week, catching four passes for 70 yards and a touchdown against the Aztecs -- all in the second half. If he can have similar success against the Horned Frogs, either he or one of the receivers might be able to sneak a big play in the passing game against TCU's lightning-fast secondary.

DE Mitch Unrein, DT John Fletcher, NG Fred Givens -- These three three-year starters will have to rely on all their guile Saturday to come up with ways of winning the line of scrimmage against TCU. Fletcher has been the most consistent at penetrating opposing backfields, and if he can get to the Frogs' stable of running backs before they get started, the Cowboys will have life.

ROSTER REPORT:

--Sophomore ILB Brian Hendricks, the team's leading tackler, is expected to return after missing last week's game at San Diego State with an ankle sprain.

--Sophomore NG Alex Stover is questionable with a groin injury that kept him out last week against SDSU. He's played in only one game since suffering the injury in week two against Texas.

--Senior RG Zach Kennedy spelled true freshman Nick Carlson against the Aztecs, and Wyoming had its most production on offense in four weeks. After giving up 14 sacks in its previous three games, the offensive line surrendered only two to SDSU. Kennedy did enough to claim a starting job this week.
