As the college basketball season continues, the cream is beginning to rise to the top. Kentucky and Syracuse look nearly unbeatable at full strength. Who else can challenge for a national title this season? Here’s a look at the Week 13 power rankings:

It was hard to believe the Buckeyes hadn’t won a game at Wisconsin since 2000, but they finally snapped a nine-game losing streak there with a 58-52 triumph in Madison on Saturday.
