Q. Does it cost money to play?

A. No, the game is free to play for the entire season.

Q. Does it cost to edit my drivers?

A. No, there are no transaction costs involved.

Q. Can I join more than one league?

A. No, each team is allowed to join or create only one league at a time. If you decide you want to join another league, you have the option on your League page to leave your current league and then join another.

Q. How many drivers must I select each week?

A. You must submit a team of four (4) drivers every week.

Q. What is the deadline to select my drivers?

A. With the exception of the Daytona 500, the deadline is always five (5) minutes prior to the start of qualifying for the current week's race. For the Daytona 500 (Week 1), your lineup must be submitted five (5) minutes prior to the start of the Daytona 500 race. Make sure to check out the list of qualifying times posted online for details.

Q. Why don't I receive points for qualifying position for my drivers for the Daytona 500?

A. In order to allow the most time for contestants to select a team before the first race of the season, the deadline is set for 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race and after qualifying order has been determined for the Daytona 500. Therefore, no qualifying points will be awarded for week #1. For all subsequent races, however, rosters must be selected prior to qualifying and points for qualifying position will be awarded.

Q. Will my roster carry over week-to-week?

A. Yes, however, remember that you can only select a driver a maximum of four (4) times during the contest. So, if your roster carries over and you've already used a driver 4 or more times, you will earn 0 points for that driver selection until you change it.

Q. Do I have to select a new roster for segment two?

A. Yes, each segment is a separate competition, so you must login and select a new roster for the start of the second segment. Driver selection opportunities will not carry over from the first Contest Segment to the second Contest Segment, so once Contest Segment Two begins on July 13, 2008, players may again select any driver up to four times through the end of the Contest.

Q. If I remove a driver from my lineup, can I use him again later in the season?

A. Yes. Again, however, remember that you can only use a driver a maximum of four times during the contest.

Q. Can I create or join a league to participate in?

A. Yes. When entering you can create or join a public or private league of friends or other owners with similar interests, fantasy skill level, etc. to compete against. When creating a league, you will be asked to enter a league name (and password, if private) which can be used by your friends to join at any time. No prizes will be awarded for leagues (public or private).

Q. When are scores updated?

A. Final scores and rankings will always be available the morning after a race.

Q. How do I get my password/account email address back?

A. To retrieve your email address, check all of your email accounts for the confirmation letter users receive upon successful creation of a team. Once you have your email address, go to login page like you normally would. If you continue to have a problem with passport login please contact passport support.
