Hudson (ankle) is on schedule with his rehab, and expects to have a normal spring training, CSN Bay Area reports.
Hudson had a surgical screw removed from his ankle last week, and he is set to increase his rehab and resume his regular offseason throwing routine. This is good news for the Giants, who signed the veteran to a two-year contract on Monday. As long as he avoids any setbacks, Hudson figures to land the fourth or fifth spot in the Giants' rotation in 2014.
