Chamberlain was ejected in the 10th inning by first base umpire Joe West for arguing balls and strikes. He also took the loss in the game allowing a RBI single to Shane Victorino. Heading into Thursday's game, Chamberlain has showed solid poise on the mound in the second half of the season, with a 2.40 ERA in 14 appearances that includes a 1-0 record.
