Hernandez has had a disappointing season for Triple-A New Orleans thus far. he went from possibly unseating Justin Ruggiano during spring training to hitting .244 with a 33.3-percent strikeout rate and only a 61.5-percent success rate stealing bases. Regardless of the state of the Marlins, Hernandez will not warrant a call-up playing like this.
