The Blue Jays recalled Wagner from Triple-A Buffalo on Wednesday, Sportsnet's Barry Davis reports.


Impact
Wagner will return to the majors for the first time since 2011, when he appeared in six games with the A's. The righty dominated Triple-A batters this season, giving up just two earned runs on 10 hits and posting a 32:8 K:BB ratio in 20.1 innings with Buffalo. Expect him to pitch in middle relief for the big club.
