Jackson went 2-for-2 with a run scored and a pair of walks against Triple-A Omaha on Friday.
Jackson has hit safely in his last four games, going 9-for-17 (.529) with a double and two runs scored in that span. Though he is batting .347 over 22 games this season, he's only provided help in batting average and has shown little productivity anywhere else and only has four extra-base hits. He spent a brief moment up in the bigs while David Freese was out, but likely won't see another promotion unless he shows a little more power with the bat or the big club grows seriously desperate for infield help.
