- Chase Utley (PHI - 2B) News: Chase Utley: Hits DL With Mild Oblique Strain Impact: The Phillies characterized the injury as a "very mild Grade 1" strain rather than the intercostal or rib cage injury the team had feared, indicating Utley's stay on the DL should be rather brief. Statistically the Yankees' best starter coming into the game, Kuroda finished with his worst line of the season, as he was charged with five runs on eight hits over 2.0 innings.
