Guys - with all due respect to Yadier Molina's terrific defense, this is a fantasy baseball ranking list. Defense is irrelevant.

Thanks.

Yadi Molina is the most underated catcher in baseball. His homer put the cardinals in the world series a couple years ago.And behind the plate he makes the pitchers better and his defence is off the charts.yadi should be in the top 10 catchers but i am a cardinal fan.

I agree bradao... Molina's defense is incredible and way overlooked, and Pujols has been helping him with his hitting over the past year. There was an improvement in his hitting last year, so there's bound to be a bigger improvement this year!

Also watch for a big year from gerald laird, if the cursed city of detroit doesn't ruin his year (or career).

yadi molina should be higher on the list. He practically never strikes out and this year will be a break out year at the plate. He will replace big brother bengie in top ten catchers this year with a boat load of doubles.

I've got to say Martinez 4, Posada 5, Soto 6, and Pierzynski 7. No way he's at 14, and definatly not behind Molina this year. lol
