The Contest sponsor is FOX Sports Interactive Media, LLC ("Sponsor"). The Contest Administrator is Creative Zing Promotion Group ("Administrator"). The Sponsor and Administrator will be referred to herein as contest entities ("Contest Entities").
  • The Contest registration period begins on Friday, August 8, 2008 at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at kick-off of the first scheduled game for that day ("Registration Period").
  • Once registered and prior to the first regular season college football game on Thursday, August 28, 2008, players will have the opportunity predict college game winners on a weekly basis by proceeding to the Pick'Em page and completing game predictions according to the on-screen instructions.
  • Each weekly Pick'Em page will go live shortly after the release of the Top 25 college teams, as determined by the Associated Press poll. Note: The "live" date for each Pick'Em page may fluctuate between Sunday ? Monday based on the game schedule for a given week.
  • Spreads will be updated each day and the spreads will lock on Wednesday night prior to midnight. Wednesday's line will serve as the games official spread and Pick'Em predictions will be evaluated based on the final official spread.
  • Pick'Em predictions must be entered prior to the start time/kick-off of each weekday college football game and prior to the start time/kick-off of the FIRST Saturday game scheduled for that day. In the event that a prediction is not entered before the Pick'Em locks, this prediction will be counted as an incorrect selection against the entrant's record.
  • Each correct pick is worth one (1) point. The entrant must beat the spread in order to be awarded the point. No points will be awarded for ties; no points will be deducted for losses.
