Playoff Settings

What does the division parity setting mean?
If a league has two divisions, the commissioner may opt for division parity in the playoffs. This means that the playoff structure includes teams from the same division on one side of the bracket and the teams from the other division on the other side of the bracket so the championship match pits teams from the two different divisions, like a Super Bowl.
