News and Analysis
Smith (knee) finishes the 2013 season with 64 catches on 109 targets for 745 yards and four touchdowns.

Impact: Smith remained quarterback Cam Newton's favorite target in 2013, but the veteran receiver finally showed signs of aging this season. By never exceeding the 70-yard plateau in a game, Smith went for more than 400 yards less than last season and more than 600 yards less than two seasons ago. All the while, the receiver's yards per catch has dropped. The 34-year-old is definitely still an impact player and a leader for the Panthers, but his fantasy value has taken a hit as his explosiveness wanes and his touchdown potential remains in the hand-full range.
