News and Analysis
Johnson (wrist) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.

Impact: Johnson was used both at fullback and at tight end. With Johnson out, it will be interesting to see if the Steelers use someone else in his same role going forward. Heath Miller will remain to be the number one tight end in Pittsburgh, and David Paulson will likely move to number two tight end going forward.
