Yeah, he stumbled a bit from 2011 (21/14 passing and rushing touchdowns in 2011, 19/8 in 2012). Cam had a fantasy nightmare of a start this past season (he only scored 20 fantasy points or more three times in the first nine games), but rebounded with strong outings at the end of the season. He finished his second year with the most rushing TDs by a quarterback (8) and decreased his interceptions from 17 to 12. Newton will be 24 before the first official coin toss of the 2013 season. His Panthers were in the top three in team rushing TDs for back-to-back seasons and will continue to do so with him taking snaps. - Adam Meyer

Foster lived up to his FOXSports.com average draft position (1.7) in 2012 (with the exception of Week 16). Owners are still waiting for Arian to outdo his 2010 season of over 2,000 total yards and 18 TDs. This season was the first time since becoming a full-time starter that he didn't record over 600 yards receiving (only a mere 217). However, Foster was the only RB to get over 350 carries, and the last one since Chris Johnson in 2009. The Texan tailback has yet to disappoint (again, Week 16, he had an irregular heartbeat and still tried to play). He's a keeper. - Adam Meyer

The oldest player in the gallery, 29, Rodgers is seven years younger than Tom Brady and five years younger than Drew Brees. ARodg surpassed the 4,000 yard club for the fourth time in five years while only missing two games. Also, in that same four year span, he's averaged 34 passing touchdowns a season. There is plenty left in the tank from this Green Bay gunslinger. - Adam Meyer

Health is key here. He played in all 16 games for four straight seasons. Rice turns 26 years old soon and from week to week he's contributed in both the rushing and receiving aspect. Since 2009, Rice has at least 250 attempts, over 1,100 rushing yards, at least 60 receptions, and averages nearly 10 TDs a season. - Adam Meyer

Luck didn't overwhelm us with his passing stats (4,374 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions), but as a rookie he gave fantasy football owners the confidence needed to build around him. In one season, he helped turn a franchise around while learning the NFL ropes. Plus, it also helps Luck's stock that he plays in the AFC South: Tennessee (31 passing TDs allowed in 2012), Houston (29), and Jacksonville (21). - Adam Meyer

The only receiver to crack this Top 10 list. Green's combination of youth and consistency makes him a great candidate in keeper leagues. No sophomore slump for him. He improved in yards, touchdowns, targets, and receptions in 2012. Fellow sophomore, Andy Dalton, is in the process of developing a long-standing relationship with his favorite wide receiver. Only three other WRs finished with more fantasy points: Dez Bryant (injury-prone), Brandon Marshall (his QB is injury-prone), and Calvin Johnson (he's number 11 on my keeper list). - Adam Meyer

A good portion of keeper leagues involve planning for the future. With that thought in mind, this young Buc gives owners the opportunity to rely on a quality RB for a handful of years. In his rookie season, Martin finished in the top five in both rushing and receiving yards out of all running backs. In Greg Schiano's inaugural season, coach had no problem giving the ball to Martin. Even with Tampa Bay trailing in nearly every game, Martin was one of five running backs to finish with over 300 carries (319). - Adam Meyer

After his phenomenal season anything goes with this guy. Logic simply defies what he is capable of accomplishing. After failing to rush for 100 yards in five of the first six games (84, 60, 86, 102, 88, 79), the dude still finished with 2,097 yards! The only reason he isn't higher on the list is his age. He'll be 28 before next season starts. However, there is a bright spot: Minnesota hasn't made an attempt to find his replacement. We can look at the stats and trends of aging RBs, but I'm not passing him up...again. - Adam Meyer

He didn't finish with 2011-Cam-Newton-type numbers (only 20 passing touchdowns and seven rushing), but he continued the trend of rookie QBs making an instant impact. Granted, his final game against the Seahawks left more questions than answers. After his visit with Dr. James Andrews, his rehab and future have not yet been determined. Until then, Shanahan's family offense provides this QB with job security in the fantasy football world. If the rumors are true, and he needs to sit out the entire 2013 season, we'll reassess the situation. - Adam Meyer

While one would think his success seemed to hinge on the health of RG3, Morris did have a solid performance with Kirk Cousins at the helm, too. At the age of 24, he becomes a great keeper option heading into 2013. Alf finished the regular season second in rushing touchdowns (13), and number two in rushing yards (1,610). That's while sharing carries with Griffin. Imagine how he'll do if he's relied on more in 2013. The real concern for AlMo is his boss, Mike Shanahan. The last running back to rush for over 1,000 yards at at least 10 TDs was Mike Anderson in 2005. - Adam Meyer
