Since joining the Atlanta Falcons in 2008, Turner has either led the league or finished second in carries three out of the past four seasons.  The season he failed to finish first or second in carries, 2009, he missed five games.  His 140 carries through nine games (15.5 carries per game) currently ranks 16th in the NFL.  Turner has not missed a game in 2012.  He's averaging less than 60 rush yards per game (25th in the league) with four touchdowns (t-14th in the NFL).  Matt Ryan is going to win and lose this season via the pass with Turner and Jacquizz Rodgers as supplemental options after White, Jones and Gonzalez.  He's a fantasy RB3/4 at the moment. - Ryan Fowler 

All signs and statistical analysis point to Nick Foles as a nice, smart bye-week replacement start in Week 11 against Washington's soft secondary (allow over 300 pass yards per game).  However, with it being Foles first career start and LeSean McCoy still lingering in the Eagles' backfield, I believe the offense should and will rely on McCoy moreso than Foles in order to try and pick up their first win since September.  I've said it a number of times this season: in games where McCoy rushes 20 or more times, the Eagles are 3-0 and in games where he rushes less than 20 times, they are 0-6. - Ryan Fowler

Do you think Philip Rivers has had this game circled on his calendar?  And while we're on the topic, do people still own calendars or do their smartphones organize their lives?  The last time Rivers met the Broncos it was about a month ago when the quarterback experienced an epic, second-half meltdown when he was intercepted four times - three in the fourth quarter - and lost two fumbles. The four INTs and six turnovers were both career-highs.  His five touchdowns the past two games where definitely a positive sign that Rivers can still help fantasy owners, however his pass picked off by the Buccaneers and returned for six points in Week 10 also highlights his turnover struggles that have now plagued him back-to-back seasons (15 TDs / 12 INTs in 2012). - Ryan Fowler

Owners in deeper PPR leagues should continue to consider adding Joique Bell.  Despite Mikel Leshoure's strong grasp atop the team's running back depth chart, Bell still possesses value.  He finished with seven receptions for 44 yards last week against the Vikings.  Matthew Stafford leads the NFL in pass attempts and often needs that check down option. - Ryan Fowler

First, let's get the Patriots' flow chart out of the way.  Steven Ridley is the definitive number one running back with Shane Vereen prepared to vulture from the doorstep of the end zone a few times per week.  However, with the suspension of Brandon Bolden, the door has swung back open for the "Pig-Pen" of the Patriots.  Woodhead is a sneaky FLEX start in PPR leagues this week against the Indianapolis Colts.  He's caught 18 balls for 177 yards the last four weeks with a touchdown against the Bills last week. Tom Brady isn't afraid to use all his weapons in the passing game and that includes Woodhead. - Ryan Fowler

Some may remember Olivia Munn cutting her teeth as a "Daily Show" correspondent on Comedy Central.  Now, most people recognize the 32-year-old actress as Sloan Sabbith from HBO's smash hit "The Newsroom."  What are the odds that back-to-back weeks a character named "Sloan" would be our fantasy girl "Start o' the Week?"  Agree?  Disagree? Mark Sanchez is completing only 52 percent of his passes this season.  That ranks 33rd in the NFL behind Blaine Gabbert, John Skelton and Brandon Weeden.  During the Jets' current three-game losing streak, Sanchez is completing 55.5 percent of his passes with two touchdowns and three interceptions with top running back Shonn Greene averaging 63 yards per game with one score.  Remind me again why Tim Tebow isn't getting a shot in this offense?  I digress.  The Jets are allowing over 11 fantasy points per game to opposing defenses this season.  Start up Chris Long and company Week 11.  They are only owned in 4.1 percent of public leagues on FOXSports.com - Ryan Fowler

I recently compared the Saints' running back to "that one cousin you see once every five years."  You know what I'm talking about.  Until the family reunion, you forgot how much you loved hanging out and catching up with that cousin, but then don't see him/her until the next family wedding.  Because of different injuries suffered over the last few seasons, fantasy owners feel the same way about Ivory.  This is a running back that racked up over 700 rushing yards and five touchdowns in 12 games two seasons ago.  He's only played in eight out of the past 19 games.  However, in the last two games he's averaged 7.1 yards per carry with two touchdowns.  He's got a great matchup against the Raiders on Sunday and those looking for a BYE week replacement should look Ivory's direction as a FLEX option.  Note: once Darren Sproles returns to the lineup, all bets are off when it comes to Chris Ivory.- Ryan Fowler

Update: Heyward-Bey tweaked his hamstring in practice Wednesday.  Something to monitor the rest of the week.

Denarius Moore is fourth in fantasy points scored among wide receivers the last four weeks, but Heyward-Bey is also inside the Top 15 averaging 9.7 fantasy points per game during that stretch.  With a banged up and under-performing backfield, Carson Palmer has been forced to air it out.  Remember, Palmer and Heyward-Bey finished the 2011 season with a bang - the two connected for 355 yards with two touchdowns the last three games last season.  Against New Orleans in Week 11, expect Palmer to test the Saints' soft secondary with Heyward-Bey taking advantage of Moore's recent success. - Ryan Fowler

With Fred Jackson out (concussion), Bills head coach Chan Gailey told BuffaloBills.com he's not afraid to give Spiller "20-25 ...30" carries a game in order to win.  With the speedy back averaging 7.3 yards per rush and 10.6 yards per reception do not be intimidated about starting him against Miami's fifth-ranked rush defense.  The Dolphins have allowed 137 rush yards per game over the last two weeks (TEN/IND).  In games where he's received 12 or more carries (four games), Spiller is averaging 112.5 yards per game with four scores. - Ryan Fowler
