Bills at Titans

Time: 1:00 PM ET   Location: The Coliseum - Nashville, TN

TITANS (3-6-0)

BILLS (3-7-0)

  Vince Young

QB
V.Y. is managing the Titans to wins, even if his fantasy numbers aren't saying it. He's thrown some pretty deep passes in recent weeks, but he's really only worth picking up in special league scoring formats.

  Trent Edwards

QB
Yes, he's missed time with injuries. But to date this season, he's only thrown five scores compared to six picks. He's a bit of a shaky play to say the least.

  Chris Johnson

RB
He should easily be considered a top candidate for fantasy MVP at the RB position. He tears off long runs with regularity, and no one seems to know how to defend him. He could really prosper here. A very easy start.

  Marshawn Lynch

RB
He has 217 yards on 70 carries, which is a pretty poor average carry. Lynch never really seems to have gotten going since the early suspension and will probably be a borderline RB2 the rest of this year.

  LenDale White

RB
The big bruiser hasn't had nearly the same amount of success he did last year. Is he biding his time to play on a new team next year? Either way, he shouldn't really be on anyone's fantasy roster.

  Fred Jackson

RB
Jackson has his moments, but his numbers are typically below what you'd want, even from an RB3. Use him only in the deepest of leagues out there.

  Nate Washington

WR
Young has shown nice touch on deep passes, and Washington will start getting onto the end of those whenever he's fully healthy. For now, though, leave him alone.

  Lee Evans

WR
Just when you thought Evans was back on the fantasy map, he kind of disappeared for a few games. At least December isn't too far away, and that's when he really gets it going. For now, though, pass.

  Kenny Britt

WR
The rookie has had a few nice moments, but still clearly has a long way to go. Find another option and reevaluate Britt next year.

  Josh Reed

WR
He has just one touchdown catch this season and has reached 50 receiving yards in just one game. Look elsewhere.

  Justin Gage

WR
Gage isn't a bad guy, but if he is your best option, then you need about 4-5 new options. Leave him on your bench.

  Terrell Owens

WR
The move to Buffalo seems like a temporary one more and more each week. We may very well have already seen his best days. A borderline start nowadays.

  Bo Scaife

TE
He's waiver wire material in just about every league format I can imagine. Just another in a long line of Titans who aren't producing like they did last year.

  Shawn Nelson

TE
Nelson and Derek Fine are both blocking tight ends, not pass catchers. They should both be glued to your waiver wire all year long.

1 5 0       0.6

  Rob Bironas

K
He's always been a lethal weapon for this team since they usually like to keep scores low, leaving Bironas to score a majority of their points for them.

  Rian Lindell

K
The volume is there (13-for-15 overall), but both of his misses have come from 40 yards and beyond. If distance isn't an issue in your league, he's your guy/

  Titans
D/ST
They are giving up a lot of yards and points, but they're finally getting healthy again after a disastrous start to the year. With the byes coming to an end after this week, they probably shouldn't be picked up over your regulars.

This unit has 17 sacks and 18 total turnovers, which isn't much to write home about. They do allow a little more yardage than I like sometimes. Be careful playing them.
