Option 1: Sign up for a free MSN Hotmail account
MSN Hotmail is a free e-mail service on the web. You can sign up for a free MSN Hotmail account and use your credentials to sign in to any site on the MSN Network. If you already have a MSN Hotmail account then you are in luck, you can use that account to sign up for FOX Fantasy Football.

Option 2: Use an e-mail address you already have
You can use any existing e-mail address from any e-mail provider when you create your credentials for the MSN Network. Then you can use those credentials to sign in to any site on the MSN Network.

To access e-mail at www.hotmail.com, you must use an MSN or Hotmail e-mail address, or an address associated with an MSN Personal Address.

Option 3: Sign up for a limited account
If you don't want to use an e-mail account to access the MSN Network, you can sign up for a limited account.

On the login page, you will notice the "Forgot Your Password?" link. It will take you to Windows Live Support where you can reset your password.

Note: Since Windows Live is supported by MSN, we do not have access to any account information.

1. Most likely this problem is related to the fact that you used a different email address to set up the Windows Live account that is tied to your team and league. Make sure that you are signing in under the same Windows Live account information (email and password) that you originally created your team with.
2. If you do not see your team, try logging in under other Windows Live accounts you may have used in the past to be sure there are no teams showing for those accounts as well. If your email and/or password are incorrect, please contact Windows Live support for assistance:

   If that does not work, after you try the fixes below, please email FOX Fantasy Support all of the email addresses you use so we can attempt to find your teams.

3. Try signing in on the FOXSports.com home page and then navigating to the FOX Fantasy Football front page URL:

   http://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/football

4. After signing in, if you still do not see your teams or leagues, make sure that you are registered with the correct information for FOX Fantasy Football by visiting this link:

   http://msn.foxsports.com/register

Knowing that you have attempted these fixes will help us to further address the problem. If the problem has been resolved, you're off and running and we wish you luck this season. If these steps still do not help you to view your teams, please provide us with additional details. When did you start seeing these problems? What steps did you take that resulted in these problems (email or password adjustments, account information updates…..)?
