The winless New York Red Bulls have signed midfielder Marius Obekop and forward Rafhinha.

The MLS team announced the moves Monday, saying Obekop will be added to the team's roster pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate.

The 18-year-old Obekop had been playing in his native Cameroon where he recently debuted for his country's under-20 team during the African Cup of Nations Qualifiers.

Rafhinha has been playing in Brazil for Toledo since 2009. The 21-year-old also had a stint with the youth squads at Borussia Dortmund in Germany.

The Red Bulls are 0-1-2, with just two points.
