Manchester City have accepted Tottenham's offer for Emmanuel Adebayor, who will now talk personal terms.
The clubs have settled on a fee for the striker, who spent last season on loan at White Hart Lane and scored 17 league goals.
Adebayor will now talk personal terms and is poised to become Spurs' third signing of the summer following the arrivals of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Jan Vertonghen.
The 28-year-old cost City £25m when he joined from Arsenal three years ago but started just 36 games for the club.
