Palermo says defender Matias Silvestre has moved on loan to Inter Milan.
The Sicilian club announced the moved on Friday, adding Inter has the right to make the move permanent.
Silvestre is already with his new teammates, at a preseason training camp in Pinzolo, northern Italy.
He becomes Inter's third new signing of the offseason, after Rodrigo Palacio and Samir Handanovic.
Palacio is already at Pinzolo and former Udinese goalkeeper Handanovic will join the squad on Sunday.
Julio Cesar, Inter's No. 1 last season, is not among those called up to the camp amid continued uncertainty about his future.
