Doctors treating Eusebio say the Portuguese soccer great suffered a stroke at the European Championship and will remain in a Lisbon hospital for treatment.

The 70-year-old Eusebio felt sick last Saturday night and was admitted to a hospital in Poland near Portugal's Euro 2012 training camp.

He returned to the Portuguese capital four days later and was placed in intensive care.
