Harrington's caddie collapses on sixth hole at Volvo Champions

DURBAN, South Africa (AP)

The caddie to Padraig Harrington collapsed at the Volvo Champions and was treated for dehydration on Friday.

Ronan Flood, also Harrington's brother-in-law, fell ill on the sixth hole of the second round and was rushed to the clubhouse at Durban Country Club, where he was treated by a doctor.

Flood carried Harrington's bag when the Irishman won the 2007 and 2008 British Opens and the 2008 U.S. PGA Championship.

Harrington sought help from Irish-born photographer Pat Cashman as a stand-in caddie before organizers arranged for a replacement.
