FOX Sports Midwest and FOX Sports Kansas City will televise 42 college football games in 2009 from the Big 12, Pac-10, SEC and Missouri Valley.

The FSMW and FSKC schedule is highlighted by 18 nationally-televised Big 12 contests, all of which will be produced in high definition. FSMW and FSKC supplement live game coverage with Big 12 preview, pregame and postgame shows and condensed game telecasts (details on page 3 of this release). Returning to call Big 12 games on FSN are the broadcast teams of Joel Meyers (play-by-play), former Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Dave Lapham (analyst) and Jim Knox (sideline reporter); and Bill Land (play-by-play), former New York Giants linebacker Gary Reasons (analyst) and Emily Jones (sideline reporter). For the Saturday Big 12 studio shows, former Missouri quarterback Corby Jones and former Colorado quarterback Joel Klatt return for their second season as analysts. They join former Oklahoma State coach Pat Jones and anchor John Rhadigan.

FSMW and FSKC will also televise 13 games nationally from the Pac-10 Conference, five regionally from the Missouri Valley Football Conference and, for the first time, games from the Southeastern Conference. Some of the seven SEC telecasts will air live, while others will air on tape delay.

Select FSMW and FSKC college football telecasts may air on an alternate channel in some areas due to conflicts with pro events. FSMW and FSKC will provide additional details, including alternate channel numbers for cable and satellite systems, the week of those games.

The FOX Sports Midwest and FOX Sports Kansas City college football telecast schedule is below. Non-conference match-ups and some conference games have been announced. The remainder of Big 12, Pac-10 and SEC schedules will be announced later in the year as the weekly game selection process begins.
