FOX SPORTS OHIO PREPS FOR CAVS WITH THE RETURN OF TIP-TOBER

Cavs' TV home to feature replays, preview shows & preseason games
CLEVELAND, OHIO - As the Cleveland Cavaliers gear up for an XL season, FOX Sports Ohio helps get fans ready too by featuring special Cavs programming throughout the month of October, or "Tip-tober". In the return of Tip-tober, FOX Sports Ohio features various programs, including Cavaliers Showcase replays, Cavaliers Roundtables, and Cavs preseason games. A complete listing of the Tip-tober schedule is below.
Ohio's leading regional sports network will air three Cavaliers Showcase replays. The first replay, airing Monday, October 5 at 7pm, will be the Cavaliers/New York Knicks game from February 4, 2009. Lebron James scored a season-high 52 points in this game, joining Michael Jordan as the only visitors with multiple 50-point games at the present Madison Square Garden. James led the Cavs to a 107-102 victory over the Knicks.
The second replay is scheduled to air Monday, October 19 at 7pm, featuring the game from February 20, 2009, when the Cavs beat the Milwaukee Bucks 111-103. James heaved a 33-foot shot to beat the buzzer at halftime, went on to erase the Cavs' halftime deficit by scoring 16 points in less than three minutes to begin the third quarter, and finished with 55 for the night.
The final replay to air in HD on Monday, October 26 at 6:30pm features the 2009 Eastern Conference Game 2, the memorable playoff game against the Orlando Magic from May 22, 2009 at Quicken Loans Arena. The Cavs beat the Magic 96-95 when James swished a three-point shot at the final buzzer.
FOX Sports Ohio is also delighted to telecast two Cavs' preseason games. The first game is Tuesday, October 6 versus the Charlotte Bobcats at 7pm. For most fans, this will be their first opportunity to see James and Shaquille O'Neal together as Cavaliers on the Quicken Loans Arena court. The second is Monday, October 12 at 7pm versus the perennial Euroleague power Olympiacos Piraeus of Greece.
Two Cavaliers Roundtables will additionally air during Tip-tober, where Cavaliers Broadcaster Jeff Phelps sits down with Cavs players to talk Cavs basketball in two 30-minute programs. Cavaliers Roundtable: Shaq Edition will premiere October 12 at 10pm and includes a discussion with Shaquille O'Neal, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Darnell Jackson, Anderson Varejao and J.J. Hickson. Cavaliers Roundtable: LeBron Edition, which includes LeBron James, Daniel Gibson, Delonte West, Jawad Williams and Mo Williams, premieres October 19 at 9pm. Both Roundtables will replay throughout the rest of the month.
FOX Sports Ohio further prepares for the start of the Cavs season with a preview show featuring highlights from last season, analysis of this off season preparation and projections of the upcoming season. Premiering Monday, October 2 at 9:30pm, Cavaliers Live: Season Preview is a half hour program hosted by Phelps with visits by Austin Carr, Fred McLeod and Campy Russell. The show will replay throughout the month.
Access Cavaliers, the 30-minute Cavaliers-produced show every Friday at 2:30pm, is the show where fans get total behind-the-scenes access they can't get anywhere else.
FOX Sports Ohio rounds out its Tip-tober programming wjth the Cavs winning an NBA Championship in the new hour-long special Light It Up Like Vegas. Details regarding Light It Up Like Vegas will be released soon.
