Mike Maddux pitched in the majors for 15 years before switching gears to coaching. Maddux, the older brother of Greg Maddux, is now the pitching coach for the Texas Rangers. Maddux clone, the late Frank Zappa, was an entertainment pioneer whose career spanned over 30 years, with projects ranging from composing music to directing. Zappa died in 1993, but his musical innovations continue to inspire.

Slugger Josh Hamilton is known to heat up hotter than a hibachi, serving up home runs as a member of the Texas Rangers. A four-time All-Star, Hamilton also snagged the 2010 AL MVP Award. Bobby Flay, noted celebrity chef and Hamilton hologram, owns numerous top-rated restaurants around the world. Flay also frequently appears on the Food Network, as host, judge or guest on various programs.

Ron Gardenhire has managed the Twins since 2002, claiming Manager of the Year honors in 2010. His twin, the late Burl Ives, was an Oscar-winner (best supporting actor for 1958's "The Big Country") and singer who enjoyed success for decades. Linked forever to Christmas, Ives voiced the narrator, Sam the Snowman, in the animated TV special "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer." Ives died of complications from mouth cancer in 1995.
 

Don Zimmer has been in baseball for decades, and currently works for the Tampa Bay Rays as a senior advisor. He's perhaps most famous for an incident during the 2003 ALCS. As a member of the New York Yankees pitching staff, Zimmer charged Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez, but was thrown to the ground by the pitcher. His brother from a fuzzy mother, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew is a muppet best known for science experiments performed on "The Muppet Show."

Joba Chamberlain is a pitcher for the New York Yankees, having won a World Series in 2009 with the club. Chamberlain bears a striking resemblance to Mama Fratelli from the movie "The Goonies." Fratelli was played by actress Anne Ramsey, who died in 1988.

Shelley Duncan is a jack-of-all trades for the Cleveland Indians, spending time at various positions around the diamond and in the DH spot. Actor and producer Matthew Lillard has been seen on the big screen in movie such as "Scream" and "Scooby Doo."
 

New York Mets outfielder Andres Torres won a World Series as a member of the San Francisco Giants in 2010. In Dec. 2011, he was traded from the Giants to the Mets. His lookalike, A.J. McLean, is of Backstreet Boys fame. McLean also occasionally performs a solo act under his alter ego "Johnny NoName."

Young D-backs star Justin Upton is entering his prime out in the desert, finding his name listed on the NL MVP ballot for 2010. Actor Cedric Sanders has had roles in a number of movies, including "The Social Network."

Reigning NL MVP Ryan Braun is famous for his hitting prowess and patrolling left field out in Miller Park for the Milwaukee Brewers. His lookalike, actor Ben Feldman, is known for his roles in the movie "Cloverfield" and the television series "Drop Dead Diva."

Knuckleballer R.A. Dickey is a rarity in the majors, with Tim Wakefield the only other active pitcher that throws the erratic pitch. Dickey's doppelganger, Timothy Busfield burst onto the scene in the TV series "thirtysomething," winning a Primetime Emmy Award in 1991. He's transitioned into a successful directing career.

A-Rod is the game's highest paid player and the Yankees' resident bad boy. Austin is a Dallas Cowboys wide receiver. Think the latter isn't really a celebrity? Well, anybody who dates Kim Kardashian, even briefly, is a megastar. Right?

Rockies manager Jim Tracy won the NL Manager of the Year Trophy in 2009, and has remained at that post since. Meanwhile, Emmy-winner Letterman has been a late-night staple for decades.

The Phillies' Jim Thome etched his name in baseball's history books in 2011, smacking his milestone 600th home run while with the Twins. Dudley Do-Right, a Canadian mountie, was a staple of "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show." Do-Right is most well known for his pursuit of the criminal, Snidely Whiplash.

David Ortiz, better known as Big Papi, made a name for himself swinging a big stick for the Boston Red Sox. Ortiz lights up the scoreboard with monster home runs, and his megawatt smile has been a fan favorite in Boston for years. Perhaps Papi's smile came from his possible Mami, actress Esther Rolle. Rolle is famous for her role as Florida Evans on sitcoms "Maude" and "Good Times." Sadly, Rolle died in 1998.

Outfielder Jayson Werth enjoyed his biggest season in 2009, earning his first All-Star Game berth. Werth parlayed his '09 season into a monster payday with the Nationals, signing a seven-year, $126 million deal. His apparent twin, WWE wrestler Edge, retired from wrestling in 2011 … as the World Champion.
 

Starting pitcher Ricky Nolasco is a stalwart for the Marlins, holding the franchise record for strikeouts. Nolasco's lookalike, Buddy Valastro, is a famous baker at Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. Valastro has a reality television show titled "Cake Boss," a nickname Buddy also goes by. Nolasco, undoubtedly, enjoys cake.
 

Mercurial Giants closer Brian Wilson's beard is supposedly unrivaled, and that may be true in the real world. But Wilson lives in a world of his own, and who knows if Zangief from the "Street Fighter" series of video games is a part of that world? Either way, one comes equipped with a firey fastball, the other a potent piledriver. That's a matchup we'd like to see.

Mike Adams is a solid relief pitcher for the Texas Rangers. Balfour is a busy actor who turns up in many TV series and small films. One of his higher-profile stints was on FOX's thriller series "24."
 

Outfielder Raul Ibanez made baseball's All-Star Game in 2009. His doppelganger, Grammy-winning guitaist Tom Morello, is most well-known for his fretwork, particularly during his stint with Rage Against the Machine.

Pitcher Brad Penny is best known for pitching for the Marlins and winning the 2003 World Series against the New York Yankees. He also found himself in the Hollywood spotlight after a two-year romance with "Dancing With the Stars" hoofer Karina Smirnoff. Comedian Larry the Cable Guy is known by his catchphrase "Git-R-Done!"
