News: McHugh was superb in his season debut Tuesday, sitting down 12 Mariners while giving up no runs and just three hits over 6.2 innings in a 5-2 win, the first of his career. Impact: The 26-year-old righty wasted no time setting the tone at Safeco Field, striking out all three batters in the first inning. McHugh got a nice burst of offense from the Astros, who swatted three home runs in support of him before the bullpen sealed the deal. Regardless of how long Scott Feldman needs to recover from his biceps tendinitis, it's safe to say that if McHugh keeps tossing gems like this, he's a sure bet to stick is the rotation.(RotoWire, )
