Paxton got the win, retiring 14 straight batters during one stretch to improve to 2-0. Seattle recalled left-hander Lucas Luetge from Triple-A Tacoma to take Paxton's roster spot. News: Paxton (back) is likely headed for the DL, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports. Impact: While manager Lloyd McClendon said he's still waiting on official word from the training staff, he said it's "highly unlikely" Paxton makes his scheduled start Sunday, and that Paxton will "most likely" require a DL stint. The 25-year-old left his start Tuesday in the sixth inning with a lat strain, and with Hisashi Iwakuma (finger) and Taijuan Walker (shoulder) still out, the M's will have to bide their time with a makeshift rotation.(RotoWire, )
