News: Sanchez was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Saturday, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. Impact: Chris Stewart (knee) has been deemed ready following seven minor league rehab games, so Sanchez will head down to make room on the active roster.
