News: Lough is not in the lineup again Saturday against the Red Sox, MASN Sports reports. Impact: Lough entered as a late-game replacement Friday. His absence Saturday is not surprising considering the Orioles are facing left-hander Felix Doubront. It is more surprising that Lough sat Friday against right-hander John Lackey. The Orioles appear to be riding the hot bat in Delmon Young for now.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough is no longer dealing with concussion-like symptoms, Roch Kubato of MASN Sports reports. Impact: The concussion symptoms threatened to land Lough on the disabled list last week, but it appears they are no longer an issue. While Lough is in the clear health-wise, he is just 4-for-32 (.125) this season, so manager Buck Showalter decided to give him a day off Friday.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough is in the lineup Saturday against the Blue Jays, Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com reports. Impact: Lough had a concussion scare this week but ended up passing all his tests and is set to make his first start since Monday. He'll look to improve on his .105 average for the season.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough was the extra-innings hero Saturday night, smacking a walkoff RBI single in the 12th to down the Jays, 2-1. Impact: The first-year Oriole finished the night 2-for-5, doubling his hit total to four in seven games this season. Lough's average is up to .167, as he hasn't played much of a factor fantasy-wise this season.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough is not in the lineup Friday against the Blue Jays, Brittany Ghiroli of MLB.com reports. Impact: Lough has avoided a trip to the DL after passing standard concussion tests, but won't be in manager Buck Showalter's starting lineup on Friday. He'll give way to Nelson Cruz in left field, and Delmon Young will take over DH duties. For what it's worth, Lough should be available off the bench.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough (head) did not start Wednesday, but entered as a defensive replacement for Nelson Cruz. He says his injury is behind him, according to MASN Sports. Impact: The good news for Lough is that he avoided the DL. He is just 2-for-19 this season, but he could return to the lineup Friday after getting another day off.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough (concussion) will avoid the DL, Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com reports. Impact: There were some murmurs that Lough could be DL-bound, but he reportedly passed his concussion tests and will remain on the active roster. Jemile Weeks got the call to join the big club, but won't be activated and will instead head right back down to Triple-A Norfolk.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough will likely head to the DL Wednesday with a mysterious ailment, MASN's Roch Kubatko reports. Impact: The Orioles are calling up Jemile Weeks, and he will apparently take the spot of Lough, who uncharacteristically was not in the lineup against right-hander Ivan Nova on Tuesday. It's not clear what the reasoning is for Lough's suspected DL stint, but owners should make plans to be without him for a couple weeks.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Yankees, according to MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli. Impact: Manager Buck Showalter said over the weekend that he would like to see Lough become the team's primary leadoff hitter, but he won't see much time in that role if he cannot consistently get hits, and he has just two in 19 at-bats so far this season. Still, after getting a break Tuesday, Lough figures to be back near the top of the order Wednesday against Yankees right-hander Masahiro Tanaka.(RotoWire, )

News: Lough went 1-for-4 with a triple, walk, stolen base and a run in Saturday's loss to the Tigers. Impact: Lough got on base Friday, stole a base and scored on a "small ball" play, then he was moved to the leadoff position Saturday. He walked, stole another base and scored, then tripled later in the game. Nick Markakis was moved to the No. 5 spot in the order. Lough may continue to set the table when he starts from this point forward.(RotoWire, )
