News: Viciedo had a career-high four hits Tuesday, with a double and a walk against the Tigers. Impact: His huge day at the plate came against Justin Verlander, no less, making it even more impressive that he reached base safely five times. Batting fifth in this White Sox order is a great place to be, and he's worth a flier in many formats.(RotoWire, )

News: Viciedo went 1-for-4 at the plate Monday, but knocked in one of the three Chicago runs in a winning effort. Impact: Viciedo has had a nice couple of days at the dish, going 6-for-12 with five RBI and four runs scored in his last three contests. The outfielder should see very consistent time with Avisail Garcia lost for the season.(RotoWire, )

News: Viciedo isn't in the starting lineup Saturday against the Indians, Doug Padilla of reports. Impact: Viciedo is 0-for-14 with six strikeouts in his career against Justin Masterson, Saturday's starter for Cleveland, so it comes as no surprise that manager Robin Ventura is sitting him down. Jordan Danks will slot into the lineup, but with Avisail Garcia (shoulder) out for the year, Viciedo is in line for near-everyday playing time.(RotoWire, )

News: Viciedo will "get the majority" of playing time in the outfield in the absence of Avisail Garcia according to manager Robin Ventura, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Impact: Viciedo had previously found himself in a platoon with Alejandro De Aza, but Garcia's injury has opened up more opportunities for both of the aforementioned players. Viciedo seems to stand to benefit the most from the unfortunate situation though, as the White Sox manager confirmed this prior to Thursday's game. This suggests that although Jordan Danks is expected to see some playing time following Thursday's call-up, it will be limited in favor of Viciedo.(RotoWire, )

News: Viciedo could be a candidate for more consistent playing time, as Avisail Garcia will miss the rest of the season with a torn labrum. Impact: Viciedo had been in a platoon with Alejandro De Aza, but both players are in the lineup Thursday, and should see more opportunities to start moving forward. The White Sox also called up outfielder Jordan Danks on Thursday, who is expected to compete with both of them to get in the lineup.(RotoWire, )
