News: Garcia was sent back to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports. Impact: With Mike Adams (shoulder) set to return from the disabled list Tuesday, the Phillies no longer need the 27-year-old Garcia, who isn't much more than organizational depth for the bullpen. He posted a 3.73 ERA and 56.2 percent groundball rate over 31.1 innings in his first taste of the majors last season, but his 23:23 K:BB ratio and 4.92 xFIP weren't particularly encouraging.(RotoWire, )

News: Garcia has been recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports. Impact: Optioned to Triple-A in early March, Garcia got off to a great start at Lehigh Valley, tossing 4.2 scoreless innings while striking out seven. The 27-year-old right-hander does have big-league experience, as he recorded a solid 3.73 ERA over 24 appearances for the Phillies in 2013. He'll likely fill a middle-relief role in Philadelphia.(RotoWire, )
