News: Leake allowed three runs on five hits and a walk Tuesday, but fanned eight Pirates in 6.2 innings to help secure his second win of the season. Impact: Leake aided his own cause Tuesday, as he is wont to do, hitting a home run and also bashing a double, both off Gerrit Cole. He has won his last four starts against the Pirates, and will be back on the mound to face them in Pittsburgh for his next start Monday.(RotoWire, )

News: Billy Hamilton had three hits and his first two steals, and scored easily after tagging up on a shallow outfield pop fly to support a strong outing from Leake in the Cincinnati Reds' 4-0 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals on Wednesday. Impact: Leake (1-1) allowed four hits and a walk in eight scoreless innings. He retired nine of the first 10 hitters and benefited from three double-play balls, two of them in a run of five straight three-up, three-down innings from the second through sixth. Leake was 0-2 in three starts last year against St. Louis while allowing 15 earned runs in 16 1-3 innings and beat them for the first time since Aug. 25, 2012.(STATS, 6:41pm)

News: Leake allowed four runs on five hits, walking three and striking out three over 6.2 innings of a 4-3 loss to the Mets on Friday night. Impact: He actually fared pretty well against everyone not named Lucas Duda as Duda accounted for all four of the Mets runs with a pair of homers. Leake isn't a big fantasy producer, but he can provide some quality innings at the back of your rotation. He does face a tough match-up against the Cardinals in St. Louis next time out.(RotoWire, )
