The Yankees have re-signed outfielder Andruw Jones, a major league source Friday night confirmed to the New York Post.

In 77 games last season for the Yankees, Jones batted .247 with 13 home runs and 33 RBI. He will give the Yankees a dependable outfield option behind Curtis Granderson, Nick Swisher and Brett Gardner, and could see action as the DH against lefty pitchers, although Jesus Montero figures heavily into that mix.
Jones spent 12 seasons with the Braves and has played for the Dodgers, Rangers, White Sox and Yankees since the start of the 2008 season. He has 420 career home runs to go with 10 Gold Gloves.
