I compared Dodger and Pirate stats and it's our relievers that are killing us. Pirates relievers have an ERA of 4.50 while Dodgers are at 3.24. Capps vs. Broxton is worse (4.88 vs. 2.15).<br /><br />Team stats for offense and fielding are comparable. Starters ERA (3.56 vs. 4.01) favors the Dodgers but not by as much as relievers/closer.

Just walking away from a team you feel passionately is never easy. I've been sorely tempted to say #### it walk leave myself. Win or loose, they are a part of you. Love them or hate them, they just won't go away. Thats is what happens when you have memories with a team.

I guess they say Freddy has a sore back. Probably from the daily dungeon whippings that Nutting Inc. have for all the players when they are doing too good. I see they are sitting Young again. The "hot" players for the Pirates only play once a week, so they can stay hot longer, I presume.

Im a Braves fan. When we got McLouth, I was elated and disappointed at the same time. McLouth is a great talent, but brave's farm arms are always great, and it was wack seeing Morton go. He's a good pitcher, and with Duke, Maholm, and Ohlendorf, you guys will play an incredible staff next year(they all need a little time). I'm sure Snell will come around too.
