News: Snell, who will start against Houston Tuesday, says that he is no longer feeling any pain in his right elbow joint, adding that his velocity (which had been suffering) is back, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. "I feel great," Snell said. "A hundred percent. Better than I have all year. And I'm going to throw the ball like I know I can. The velocity's there. The break is there. I can't wait to get out there."
Impact: Though we won't totally take his words at face value, Snell represents a decent buy-low candidate, as he certainly has the stuff to turn things around.
