Official Promotion Rules

1. DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. The "Commissioner Bonus Program Promotion" ("Promotion") begins on Friday, February 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("PT") on Friday, April 25, 2008 ("Promotion Period"). The sponsor of this Promotion is Fox Sports Interactive Media, LLC, 407 North Maple Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is hosted by www.foxsports.com ("Website"). The administrator of this Promotion is Creative Zing Promotion Group ("Administrator"), 100 East Pine Street, Suite 201, Orlando, FL 32801.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, who are Fox Sports Fantasy Baseball League Commissioners and who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry ("Participant" or "Commissioner"). Participant must have internet access as of February 14, 2008. Each Participant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the Participant's entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the natural person in whose name the e-mail account associated with the provided e-mail address was opened. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Administrator, foxsports.com (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and promotion and advertising agencies, together with the immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Promotion void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Existing and/or new Fox Sports Baseball League Commissioners may participate in the Promotion by logging on to http://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/baseball/commissioner ("Promotion Homepage") and following the on-screen instructions to completely and accurately provide all of the requested registration information. Once registered for the Promotion, Commissioners with a minimum of ten (10) teams in their league will automatically be qualified to receive a Fantasy Baseball T-Shirt (while supplies last; up to 10,000 T-shirts available). In addition, Commissioners with a minimum of ten (10) teams in their league will automatically receive one (1) entry for the grand prize, as described in Section 4. Commissioners must register by 11:59 PM PT on Friday, April 25, 2008 and must draft their teams by 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, April 27, 2008. Limit of one (1) T-shirt and one (1) entry, per unique 10-team league. T-shirts will be fulfilled via USPS to the mailing address registered by the Commissioner no later than June 30, 2008. Any attempt to deliberately manipulate the Promotion will result in disqualification. Commissioners must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS MUST SUBMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZE:

Grand Prize (1) One (1) Grand Prize Winner "(Winner") will be selected to receive: one (1) 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) to New York, NY tentatively scheduled for July 13-16, 2008. The trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York, NY from the major airport nearest Winner's residence; (b.) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations for Winner and his/her guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor (one room; double occupancy and room tax only); (c.) ground transportation between the airport & hotel in New York; (d.) ground transportation between hotel & baseball stadium; (e.) $500 in spending money, issued in the form of a check; (f.) admission for two (2) to the mid-season baseball celebration game on July 15, 2008. ARV of Grand Prize: $4,000.00 Total Grand Prize Value: $4,000.00

Actual Grand Prize value depends on winner's place of residence and cost and availability of airfare and hotel at time of booking and travel and may be substantially higher or lower than estimated value. Trip must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor and failure to travel during the specified times will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to change the tentative travel dates stated in the prize description. Guests of the Winner must be at least 18 years of age and not a minor in his/her state of residence. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Promotion Administrator from among all eligible entries received, on or about May 2, 2008. The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or overnight mail within approximately five (5) days of the aforementioned drawing date. The potential winner must be able to receive telephone calls from an unlisted and/or blocked number. Messages may not be left. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. Winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 72 hours of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Promotion Administrator will randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Winners may be required to verify address and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Failure of any winner to return the executed affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. Travel companion of grand prize winner must be 18 years of age or older and not a minor in his/her state of residence at the time of travel departure. Travel companions will be required to verify address and to execute before a notary public an affidavit of eligibility and, if permitted by law, liability/publicity release as directed prior to the travel departure date. Failure to return the executed travel companions affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Promotion Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Promotion and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each Participant agrees to release the Sponsor and Promotion Administrator; each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage, including personal injury or death, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Each Participant authorizes the Released Parties to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (v) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (or any portion of the Promotion) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants or Sponsor representatives. This Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to the Sponsor will be subject to FoxSports.com's privacy policy posted at http://www.foxsports.com/corporate/privacypolicy.htm. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Promotion Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment. Foxsports.com will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as explicitly described herein.

8. WINNERS/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "Commissioner Bonus Program Promotion" Winners/Rules, 100 East Pine Street, Suite 201, Orlando, FL 32801. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than June 1, 2008. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
