News: Busch finished sixth in the Bojangles' Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway Saturday night. Impact: Many drivers wore the Darlington Stripe Saturday night in the Bojangles' Southern 500, but the Joe Gibbs Racing star was able to overcome his encounters with the wall to forge a Top-10 finish. Busch hit the wall hard a couple times but was able to push through the damage and claim his sixth career Top 10 at Darlington Raceway. News: Busch won the pole for the VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 200 Nationwide Series race at Darlington Raceway Friday. He turned a fast lap of 173.681 mph. Impact: Busch took knockout qualifying to claim his first pole position of the season Friday afternoon at the South Carolina oval. He edged surging youngster Chase Elliott to claim the top starting spot. It was Busch's 37th career pole in Nationwide Series competition. News: Busch finished third in the Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway Monday afternoon. Impact: Busch used some strong moves on the race track and some sound pit strategy late in the Duck Commander 500 to grab some late track position. The hard work paid off as the Joe Gibbs Racing star was able to improve his running order and collect his second Top-5 finish of the season.
