Lap 177: Martin Truex Jr. gets turned coming off Turn 4 and speeds down pit road. He slows it down as much as he can, so NASCAR won't penalize him for it - but he's without a drafting partner and in trouble now.

Lap 176: David Ragan to the lead! Trevor Bayne gives him the shove he needs.

Lap 174: They are racing three-wide coming off Turn 4 - amazing racing.

RESTART - Lap 128: Martin Truex Jr. in the lead. Tony Stewart misses a shift on the restart, but he's chugging along now.

Lee Spencer says: Remember ... since drivers are riding the brakes up front and coming to a slamming stop from 190 mph to 55 mph in 160 feet. Most teams are using the caliber of brakes that they would use at Martinsville Speedway

Lap 125: Teams come in for service. Lots of fuel only stops, some right side tire only stops as well.

Radio chatter on Lap 123: Junior: "I don't want to let that many guys get by me again...we can go and pick them off: Letarte: "Smoke, we're coming to get gas only if you want to tell Darian (Grubb, his crew chief)"

CAUTION 7 - Lap 76: Travis Kvapil hits the wall in Turn 2 to bring out the yellow.

Radio chatter on Lap 75: Dale Jr.: I'm ready to switch because (Kahne is freakin') wrecking me

Lap 74: Greg Biffle is damaged, but he is pushing teammate Carl Edwards as if he had a perfect car. Pretty interesting to see if they continue working together like this.

Lap 73: Clint Bowyer leads with Bowyer pushing him. Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne lurking right behind them.

RESTART - Lap 34: Jamie McMurray leads the field to the green.

SPEED.com's Tome Jensen on Lap 34: This accident and Harvick's motor failure greatly improve chances of Dale Earnhardt Jr. victory

Lap 33: "It don't matter (about the damage). Our chances to win the Daytona 500 are over," Jeff Gordon to FOX's Steve Byrnes.

Radio chatter on Lap 32: Dale Jr.: "It dont drive bad, but under caution it's doing some weird (expletive)."
