Lap 84: Kyle Busch is blistering the field. He has a lead of more than four seconds on second-running Denny Hamlin.

Lap 81: Brad Keselowski moves into the top 10.

Lap 80: Points leader Jimmie Johnson continues to make up ground. He's running 13th - two spots behind Brad Keselowski, who is second in the Chase and running 11th.

Lap 78: Stephen Leicht pits.

Lap 75: Kyle Busch continues to set a hot pace on the track. He's building on his advantage.

Lap 70: Kyle Busch continues to pull away from the field. Busch has enjoyed some Cup success at Phoenix as well. In 15 starts at the track, he has one win. He has nine top-10 finishes, six of them top fives, with an average finish of 14.0. He has led 272 laps there entering today's race.

Lap 68: Points leader Jimmie Johnson is 14th; Brad Keselowski is 11th.

Lap 66: Kyle Busch, in the lead, is the fastest car on the track. Mark Martin is more than a second back in second.

Lap 63: Jeff Gordon is battling Brad Keselowski for 11th. Gordon takes the spot.

Lap 61: Kyle Busch holds the lead.

Radio chatter on Lap 60: Brad Keselowski is told his tires look good with the exception of a spot on the right front.

RESTART - Lap 60: Mark Martin will lead the field to the green. Kyle Busch races back into the lead.

Radio chatter on Lap 58: Brad Keselowski is concerned with the right front and asks spotter Joey Meier if the first two cars wrecked because of the beads or if the tires were cut. Says he's abusing the tires pretty bad.

Radio chatter on Lap 58: Spotter Earl Barban is missing the 48 through Turn 4. Crew chief Chad Knaus tells Barban he will cover the 48 from Turn 4 to the start-finish because he feels that Jimmie Johnson should have been cleared to pass cars through that section.

Lap 56: Travis Kvapil and David Ragan stayed out on the pit sequence and are ahead of those who did pit on the track.

Lap 55: Mark Martin led the pack off pit road. Martin has enjoyed his share of Phoenix success. In 31 starts at the track - two from the pole position - he has two wins. He has 20 top-10 finishes, 12 of them top fives, for an average finish of 9.032. He has also led 834 laps at Phoenix prior to today.

Lap 55: Mark Martin, Kyle Busch, Juan Pablo Montoya, Denny Hamlin and Jeff Burton are the top five after the pit sequence. Points leader Jimmie Johnson is 19th; Brad Keselowski is 13th. 

Lap 54: Leaders pit. All the frontrunners come in. Points leader Jimmie Johnson, challenger Brad Keselowski and leader Kyle Busch all take four tires. Mark Martin takes two - and emerges with the lead.

CAUTION 2 - Lap 53: David Gilliland crashes.

Lap 51: Kurt Busch, in fourth, now posts the fastest lap. Busch has enjoyed his own share of success at Phoenix. In 19 starts at the track, he has one win. He has 10 top-10 finishes, four of them top fives, for an average finish of 13.526. He has led 750 laps at the track.

Lap 49: Kasey Kahne, in third and a full second behind leader Kyle Busch, is running the fastest laps on the track.

Radio chatter on Lap 46: Danica Patrick is still on the lead lap, running 31st. Reports her car is a little bit tighter.

Lap 44: Denny Hamlin is closing the gap on Kyle Busch now. Busch still has a half-second lead.

Lap 43: Jimmie Johnson is on the move now, too. Johnson takes 15th from Joey Logano.

Lap 23: Brad Keselowski goes three wide with Juan Pablo Montoya and Marcos Ambrose in a battle for a spot. Keselowski is 17th; Jimmie Johnson is 21st.

Lap 22: Brad Keselowski passes Jimmie Johnson. Each spot between these two is critical at this point in the Chase.

RESTART: Lap 21: Kyle Busch leads the field to the green. Kasey Kahne tries to go inside of him and take the spot.

Lap 5: Kyle Busch is off to a hot start and has a half-second lead over Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Denny Hamlin.

Lap 4: Jimmie Johnson is up one spot, to 23rd. His closest Chase challenger, Brad Keselowski, has dropped a couple of spots to 16th.

Lap 3: Martin Truex Jr., who started on the outside, is seventh.

GREEN FLAG! Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. lead the field to the green. Busch quickly moves to the front; Truex struggles in the outside lane and drops back in the field.

Polesitter Kyle Busch is seeking his second NASCAR Sprint Cup victory of the season today. Busch has been running well in recent races. Can he take the victory today? And who are historically the top drivers at Phoenix?

Points leader Jimmie Johnson starts 24th today. Brad Keselowski, second in the standings, starts 14th.
