The green flag has dropped on the Tony Stewart Pit Board Charity. During the California race weekend, the inaugural fundraiser was held and Tony's fans united to give $1020 to the Indiana Special Olympics.
The Pit Board Charity provides a conduit for fans to unite weekly donations for a worthy cause. The Tony Stewart PBC will raise money for the charities Tony supports through his Foundation.
Each week, fans donate as much as they can and those donations are pulled together by the Pit Board Charity. The winning charity is determined by Tony's finishing position on the track. The Pit Board Charity has been helping others for over three years and has raised over $75,000. Other drivers they work with regularly include Dale Earnhardt Jr., Elliott Sadler and Hermie Sadler.
