Kahne has Universal power on board his No. 9 Dodge Dealers/UAW "Click" Dodge Charger

Kahne, a fan of Sandler classics such as Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer, will carry the star's latest movie on the hood of his Dodge Charger to promote the comedy, which opens nationally on June 23. The No. 9 Dodge will feature a bold blue and yellow scheme featuring the authentic Click remote control used by Sandler in the movie.

The film's producer Jack Giarraputo, said, "Click is the perfect movie for Kasey to represent, because the way he's been driving this year, it looks like he's stuck on fast-forward."
In Click, Sandler plays an overworked architect who discovers a universal remote that lets him control his universe, instead of just his TV. Intrigued by his new powers, Sandler's character finds amusing ways to use the remote, fast forwarding through an inconvenient argument with his wife and muting the sound of the family dog's barking fit. He realizes that with the remote, he can have his cake and eat it too. But eventually he figures out that it is the remote that is programming him, rather than the other way around. Co-starring in the film will be Kate Beckinsale and David Hasselhoff. Produced by Jack Giarraputo and written by Steven Koren and Mark O'Keefe, the movie is presented by Colombia Pictures and Revolution Studios, and is a Happy Madison/Original Film Production.
Sandler will also serve as the grand marshal of the 3M Performance 400 at Michigan International Speedway.
"I've been an Adam Sandler fan since he was on 'Saturday Night Live,' so this is a pretty cool opportunity," Kahne said. "I'm looking forward to seeing him again, after our promotion with him last year for The Longest Yard at Talladega, its good to have him back again. Hopefully, he'll bring us some luck this weekend."
Diecast models of the No. 9 Dodge Dealers/UAW "Click" Dodge Charger will be available late this summer.
