Paul McMahan and the No. 20 Tony Stewart Motorsports team found the groove they've been looking for over the weekend, as the team earned two fourth-place finishes in National Sprint Tour Series action at Grays Harbor Speedway on August 25-26. McMahan won the second dash event en route to a solid fourth in the preliminary A-main event on Friday night. The second night of the Grays Harbor Speedway event saw the No. 20 team qualify well and cap the night with fourth in the A-main feature event finale. The team will move on to Cottage Grove Speedway on August 29.

Joey Saldana and the No. 9 Kasey Kahne Racing team also competed over the weekend, as the World of Outlaws Sprint Series moved into Skagit Speedway. Saldana set second quick time and earned a 22nd-place finish in Friday's preliminary A-main. The No. 9 team recovered quickly and posted fast time on Saturday to pace the field. Saldana drove to a sixth-place finish in the A-main event finale.

Saldana and the No. 9 team are currently second in the World of Outlaws Sprint Series points championship, only 294 points out of first place. The series moves on to Southern Oregon Speedway on August 30 and wraps up the holiday weekend with a two-day event at Calistoga Speedway on September 2-3.
