Toyota is different than the other manufacturers. No one has more money to throw at development than they do. They may not be cheating, it may be they just make more power but I always thought NASCAR wanted all the cars equal so that the drivers, not the car, make the difference.
The middle aged man that still calls himself "JUNIOR" can only do two things,lose a another race,and make money off his dead daddys name,Junior nation should be proud

Didnt nascar at the beginning of the season find out the Gibbs cars had 15 more hp, They have to take a look at these cars and tear them apart and see whats going on, everybody else is driving to the edge just to keep up. Bush hit the wall at least 5 times This car is built like a tank, He would have been toast if this was the old car.
Kyle is a real pu--y. Can not stand the jerk. More so after last weeks race. The time will come when JR. or Bowyer will put his a#$ into the wall, and I will be heard laughing from one end of the state to the next. He is one of the dirtiest drivers around. What's that saying, what goes around, comes around? He will get his dues. "GO JR. AND CLINT!

Totota is not making that much if any more power than the other manufacturers.NASCAR dynos some cars after all races to make sure there is no significant difference in H.P. It may be that Toyota is procucing their HP and torque in a different RPM band.NASCAR rules allow the engine builder to play with bore and stroke as long as they don't exceed 358 cubic inches.That being the case ,Toyota may opt to run a different bore/stroke one week for one track if they are looking for HP or and change bore/stroke and cam the next week if they are looking for torque.At this point in the game I think Toyota and JGR are just smarter.Jack Rouse more or less said that before they ever ran a cup race.Remember he had been running against them in the truck series for awhile.He said he would enjoy beating them while he could and it looks like his prophesy is now here.
Someday Jr will win. He may even make the Chase-um Someday. Jr hasn't really cried that much about Richmond, it's his fans??? Have they forgotten how his Daddy one races??????????? Kyle did nothing but go for the win-"That's racing.";as Sr.#3 would say.
can someone please explain to me what is kasey kahne's deal? through 10 races hes lead 4 laps...where has this kid gone? what did they change from 2006? When listening on the 9 teams radios, they make 1 or 2 small changes. You switch to another driver thats struggling and they are changing everything around each stop. Anyone care to explain the deal?
why is it that everyone hates a WINNER? kyle is doing great and everyone is down on him...let him enjoy this while he can cause we all know how sports are.. he could be the top of the line this year and the bottom next year....i enjoy watching him . the 2 drivers i detest are jeff gordon and tony stewart...if they never came back to racing it would be a great day at the snowgirls house....LOL

Maybe it was Steve Addington and his No. 18 Crew you should be mad at because they gave Kyle the best, the VERY BEST car at Darlington all night.
Perhaps Tony Stewart is at fault because Sadler ruined his race (and mine) on lap 3 causing Tony to stop on the track and and bring out a caution.
Blame Joe and J.D. Gibbs for moving to Toyota, where they are he No. 1 team instead of 2, 3 or 4 behind Hendrick, Childress and DEI (the Gibbs family hadn't made the move Jr. would probably have won because of GM's support to Hendrick and lack to total support to Gibbs).
Still blame Kyle? Try blaming DEI and Martin Truex because Truex got into Hamiln late, causing a caution that did not allow Jr. enough time to catch up.
Don't get me wrong, I LIKE Jr. I LOVE the way he handles himself...the way you get his inner feelings without playing the blame game (as a former sports writer and sports information director I was NEVER more impressed with any interview than I was with the one Jr. had after the Richmond race. WHAT A CLASS GUY!!)
But I AM TIRED of all the Jr. Nation Whinners and all the NASCAR critics who write to "Scene" everyweek saying things like:
no wonder ratings are down, the race was boring
NASCAR favors such and such a driver
I've just watched my last NASCAR race
too many commericals (I AGREE with that one, but instead of whinning I signed up for TrackPass and enjoy the races
Until you self-proclaimed (frustrated) NASCAR saviors ACTUALLY drive one of these things (have many of you ever even ridden in a Petty Driving Experience car?) or but together and run ANY type of organization, enjoy what you have because if this economy continues his downward slide for any extended period of time all you going to have to watch on TV are old movie reruns, ESPN Classic, and someone trying to sell you something with paid advertising program (I can't believe how many of those are on the three major networks).
As for Jr. Nation....GROW UP!!! Most of you are his fans because of his Dad. If Jr.'s last name wasn't Earnhardt, he'd be driving for a mid-level team. YES he has talent, but NO he hasn't won a darn thing...even missing the chase more than once.
As I said earlier, I like Jr. and I liked his Dad, but I am sick of all the coddling and am super sick of the fact that 8 out of 10 items on QVC's "For Race Fans Only" have to do with Jr. and/or his Dad.
Funny about you Kyle Haters. Jr. Nation exsists because of Dale Sr. and while Kyle has a loooooong way to go to catch Big E (if...and that is a huge IF) he ever can (history, not current events will tell us that story)Kyle acts more like Sr. than Jr.does at this point in time.

Larry Mac. Hammond & Waltrip, I almost muted the tv last night from your comments pertaing to Kyle Bush. "Save some for the end", "The lady in black, she'll bite ya" "you can't drive it that hard here" "he won't be there in the end" "save the car", "he's a whiner", "wait till the last 50 laps then go", oh yea, did I mention "save some for the end"?. Kyle left it ALL on the track with old school Saturday night racing. Is this The NASCAR "Pacing" or "Racing" series? I guess it's OK for Randy Moss to take it easy during some of the plays in the NFL? Should the drivers just follow the pace car around until 50 to go and then race to the checker? The sport has passed you guys by. Darrel, aren't you the one who always say's "Lets go racin boys"? Kyle sure did hear you say it. Congrats Kyle for the way you drive. Win it all or put it in the wall!
hey havex...ya I can't figure out the deal with Kahne neither...but it seems to be his most consistant year so far...no wins but 5 top ten's and just 2 points out of the chase..lets hope he wins a couple and turns it up a notch come chase time
The simple difference between Kyle Busch and Dale Jr. is talent.
Love or hate Kyle busch he is he best driver since Jeff Gordon! Noone has dominated Nascar (Cup, Nationwide and Truck) like this guy is doing.
Dale Junior was given everything while Busch had to work for everything.
Junior Nation: When are you going to call out Jrs crew chief? Obviously these 2 do not communicate well. He will NEVER win a champinship with Tony Eury as his crew chief.

Junior Nation: Instead of crying foul or everyone else is cheating. Own up to your driver and fix what is wrong. What is the problem? Is there really an excuse for being 0 for 72?
Instead of complaining about every other driver and making excuses for Jr what is wrong with him?
Jimmy Johnson (2), Tony Stewart (2), Kenseth (1) and Kurt Busch (1). Not sure what I am referencing? These are championships! They don;t come by accident.
Junior Nation: All you can hang your hat on is he fnishes in Top 5/10. To win a championship you must be able to consistently win races.
So if he wins race #73 does he suddenly become the best driver? Nope. Just means he will be 1 for 144! What a great driver he is!
The Toyota engine is very similar in design to the SB2 Chevy. The head design and mirror port arangement is very close. The Dodge engine is also similsr to the SB2 with the distributor in the back like a Chevy with the Toyota distribitor in the front. Where the Toyota is different is that the block is taller and one of the reasons for doing that is that you can run short pushrods and increase torque and horsepower. This is why when Mercedes built their pushrod V8 for Indy a few years ago and dominated, they did the same thing. The pushrods were the length of a teaspoon.

But on the other hand and upon futher review kyle busch is the man and was not at fault at richmond. So the entire JR. nation can kiss the OH YEAH OH YEAH JGR RACING'S #### and say yes a master.
i know that everyone wants to see JR carry a checkered flag but for right now his hand are full,
he is carrying the banner for hendrick motorsports,
i am a 48 fan and i know that JR is not going to carry that banner all year,so all you JR fans enjoy it now,you all should be happy,JR hasnt lost a motor all year

We all remember Junior nation reaction at Talladega when Jeff Gordon won when JR was wrecked late in race. "Junior Nation" littered the track with beer cans.
Funny how "Junior Nation" continues to assert KB needs to grow up but appears in reality his fan base needs to grow up!
The booing didn't bother Jeff Gordon nor will it stop Kyle Busch. For those of you that actually think sponsorship will be impacted. Get real!
Again Junior nation has many excuses why so many drivers do better than their guy. I just wish instead of all the "cheese and wine" we hear from all of you each week you would finally stand up and explain how your man is 0 or 72. It isn't a fluke! If you are such an honest race fan, than be honest and quit whinning each week. It has nothing to do about cheating, poor equipment, it is all about and over-hyped driver!
It's hard not to like Little Tiny E as a person and as a driver, because he carries himself professionally despite the huge demands and expectations on him.
It's a shame that doesn't carry over to his yahoo fans, who are probably the most irrational in Nascar. I'm sure that when he finally wins one you're going to hear all those blockheads say, "See? I told you he'd win this week!" They're the kind of people who actually find enjoyment and satisfaction in the misfortune of other drivers, absolutely loving it when one of the "hated" drivers wrecks, has a bad pit stop, etc.
The great thing about not rooting for a particular driver is that you get to enjoy each race for what it is, and you get to appreciate the strategy, the skill, the teamwork of all drivers and crews. I couldn't care less who wins each race, but I know that drivers like Stewart, Kyle Busch, and Carl Edwards are the ones that Dale Senior would have really appreciated the most, because these guys are willing to drive each race like it will be their last. And I think not one of them, despite what the Whiner Nation believes, would ever put another driver's life at risk by intentionally wrecking him. Even today, with all the vanilla flavors of race teams in Nascar, there are still plenty of drivers with the stones to take a punk driver out behind the garage and set him straight. If the other drivers had a problem with Kyle or any of the others the Whiners love to hate, they'd be dealing with it.
This is to all the race fans or should I say true race fans. I'm not putting Kyle Bush down but I would like to know why he has to prove he is the man!!! He is a talented driver or is he just running into Jr. and Biffle to prove he is the man. He is taking the talent and the sponers and throwing it out the window. I'm for good racing and what happen Saturday night with Denny H. and Kyle B. is dirty racing in my book. I can't beleive nascar is not black flaging them 2 drivers. On the other hand maybe nascar thinks this is what fans want, will I'm the true fan and all I like to see is clean racing if you get loose then that is racing. I done a few things in my life that hard competitions came in to view and I did not like it. It took the full fun out of it and I moved on. Hope Kyle grows up and not throw it all away, by the way I did tell you that I'm a die hard Jr. fan all the way.
Money is not the issue for Toyota since it gets a lot of money from the Japanese Government where GM, FORD, and DODGE do not get that from the US Government. NASCAR has allowed Toyota to have more horsepower this year in the Nationwide and Cup Series' in comparison to Chevy, Dodge, and Ford. Toyota has 15 horsepower over Dodge and 30 horsepower over Chevy and Ford. I agree Toyota is not cheating it is that NASCAR is showing favoritizm because they are tired of Chevrolet dominating the sport.
AS for Junior living off of his Daddy you are wrong. One of the biggest reasons why Junior left DEI was to get away from his Daddy's shadow and become his own person. Junior choose to deal privately with the death of his father and not allow the fans and media in on how he was dealing until recently. Dale Jr had to earn his way to where he is today, Dale Sr made Junior own his own cars from the time Junior started racing at 17 until Dale Sr. put Junior in the DEI #3 (Busch) now Nationwide car in 1998. Where someone like Kyle Busch mom and dad owned the cars he drove and made sure that things were taken care of all the time though Kyle did have to work on the cars.
Just like last week the jr nation broke out the excuse book JGR is cheating. jr can't win even with a proven organization such as Hendrick. Face it sometimes you just have to except things jr just doesn't have it. Next week what will it be.
I am a proud member of JR NATION and have been a fan of NASCAR all my life. I have been following the sport for almost 40 years. I am not makning excuses for Junior who is not a spoiled brat unlike Kyle 'Wild Thing' Busch who is a SPOILED BRAT. Actually it has been a lot harder for Junior to prove himself in the sport because he is named after his father. Does Kyle Busch have a NASCAR Championship in ANY of the top three NATIONAL Tour Series (Trucks, NATIONWIDE, or CUP) NO HE DOES NOT AS OF YET. Junior has two (Busch)now NATIONWIDE Series Championship to his credit yes with DEI before his dad's death. What I was saying is that Kyle has had an easier time of getting to this point in his career then Junior has had. The biggest differnce between Kyle Busch and Junior right now is Junior has a lot more respect of the fans and fellow competitors then the Shurb has. Until Kyle changes his attitude toward his competitors and the fans he will not have that respect. It was that bad attitude and willingness to wreck anyone including his older brother that got Kyle the boot at Hendrick. I just hope that Joe or JD Gibbs can sit that boy down and make Kyle realize what he is doing may get someone hurt or killed on the track.
The Busch brothers and especially Kyle are the most spoiled little kids Ive ever seen.They are rude and disrespectful on a regular basis. We are not talking about talent here. We are talking about manners. Plain and simple. Somewhere they werent taught that or wrer not disciplined correctly at home. Im sure they never played team sports as kids either and were fortunate enough to have a hard nosed coach to pound the discipline into them. When was the last time Kyle showed any class. He should have been spanked in his early years. He got away with too much as a child and its a long road back. Its embarrassing to watch. If he was my kid , even at 23 I slam him up against a locker and tell him "this movie has been cancelled ,never to be shown again". What do you think Sr would do? I just bet Jr. had some tough lessons at times. But is there a more respectful and humble racer or athelete for that matter out there? He truly has it all and you wouldnt know it by talking to him. Take lessons Schrub. Or get detention, or saturday school they call it now I guess.

It isn't like KB has wrecked him 71 other times. So what is the excuse for the other 71.
I mean look at his career at DEI. Can Junior Nation really say he didn't get the best equipment, the most money, etc? He got everything but last 2 years Martin Truex out drove him on that team. So let's hear the engine woes crying! Funny Martin Truex had them, still sucked it up won a race and made the chase.
Looking for another important difference that seperates KB from Junior? KB's ablity to specifically tell his crew what is needed to fix the car. He understands his car's handling, how he drives and gives his suggestions on what changes he wants. His choices come first not the crew chief. Jimmy Johnson has the same ability! Jeff Gordon the same. Tony Stewart the same. Do I need to continue? This is rare, but true TALENT!
Did you listen to Junior interview last night? He seem suprised to hear Tony Eury changed something over night that might have changed the handling characteristics (more excuses)? How can that happen?
Did anyone hear Greg Biffle's interview? I mean he basically said he is giving 110% but noone else is and yet no comments from the Junior Nation?
For the one bragging about his two Nationwide Championships...that is where he belongs then he might be competitive every year then again wth all the CUP guys running in there now he doesn't even win those. Has he won any Nationwide races this year?
Junior gives 120% everytime he is out there and that is why he is with Hendrick and no longer with DEI. The problem right now with Junior is WHO is stitting on top of the pit box for him. I think if he had Pops Eury on top of the box instead of Tony Jr., Dale Jr. would have won a couple of point races this year. Tony Jr. is making too many mistakes when it comes to when to pit and/or adjustments on the car.
